Having Trouble Uploading Photos to Microsoft Word

Thank you for sharing your concern here in the Microsoft Community Forum. I know that it would be not bad if you are able to upload your contour photo to your Microsoft business relationship profile and then others can immediately discover you if you will send them an e-mail or you can notice if some tried to logged into your Function apps.

For us to be able to isolate the cause of your concern, I'd similar to know if you are trying to upload the photo through Microsoft business relationship through the web? If and then, I'd suggest that you bank check if the same error will occur on other spider web browsers.

I am looking frontwards to your response.

Hullo, thanks sir for your quick response. I tin can easily change my contour picture in the Google chrome browser without any problems. I went to Microsofts accounts page and institute two unlike profile pictures apparently for ii different accounts that I had over the years, for some reason I tin can't go back to that page in my edge browser or Google chrome browser. That Paige had 3 unlike bubbles with ii unlike profile pictures of me. I'grand even so searching for my page in my history having a hard time finding information technology. I volition go on you updated on my issues.

I am having the aforementioned issue. I have tried with Google Chrome and the new Edge. Getting the same bulletin with any picture I try to upload. "Try again later on. We tried to upload your picture, but something went wrong."

I have tried unlike dimensions, file sizes, jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

Tin can you provide us a screenshot of the page that you lot are trying to view or where you lot try to change your contour picture?

Are yous trying to get to sign in to your info page with your Microsoft account, and then select Add flick or  Modify picture,  then follow the instructions.

Allow me know how it turns out for you.

Take you tried to clear the browser cache and history to know if this will help resolve the consequence. And also, can you confirm if you have tried to upload different images? If aye, does the consequence occurs on all of the image?

Hi, Ma.Lau

   I think I figured out the problem.. I clicked on sync account on my profile page and when it wouldn't sync, I questioned it on thethe internet  and I got a response proverb the new Border was non able to sync your account and that Microsoft will have that effect stock-still with in a few  months with an update to the new Edge. Then that explained a lot. By the fashion the proof is that I tin can change my profile flick on MS account folio no problem, but the MS New Border browser profile flick I tin can non change.Information technology is an older pic of me. Not sure but you can see my new picture past my name on this community page I am typing on right at present. And so to sum it up, the new Edge browser will not sync the contour image, everything else I try works. By the way another effect I discovered in windows 10 subsequently all the windows updates. When I boot upward my calculator I come across that MS Give-and-take also launches on startup. I have no docs open then not sure what that it. I launched task managing director and starting time options but no word app is showing on startup. I guess something else to investigate...

Even so, it seems that the outcome is with the Windows Os performance. I suggest that you raise this business organisation on the right category which is Windows x.
